Wesley Dunn, Esq., Senior Counsel, Joins Potomac Legal Group

Potomac Legal Group welcomes Wesley Dunn as Senior Counsel to its Employment Law and Litigation practice areas. Mr. Dunn has nearly two decades of experience in employment representation, and previously served as Managing Associate General Counsel at the U.S. Government Accountability Office.

Mr. Dunn is a seasoned litigator and trusted advisor with nearly 20 years of experience in employment and labor law. He has a strong record of success before courts, administrative tribunals, and arbitration panels, and is recognized for his sound judgment, integrity, and collaborative approach in resolving complex workplace disputes. His practice includes extensive experience with discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and whistleblower protections, as well as substantial knowledge of labor law and employee grievances.

Most recently, Mr. Dunn served as Managing Associate General Counsel at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he directed the agency’s employment litigation portfolio and served as its principal authority on employment and labor law.

Mr. Dunn earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where he was an editor of the Catholic University Law Review. He is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia and admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
