Senior Associate Attorney, Litigation
Qualifications & Skills for this Position
- Currently licensed (Active) in Maryland.
- 5-7+ years of litigation experience at a law firm.
- Experience drafting demands, motions, and pleadings.
- Must be able to appear in court.
- Must be proficient in managing cases.
- Must be able to take and defend depositions.
- Ability to manage cases independently through all phases of litigation.
- Experience preparing for and attending trials, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and mediations.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate well.
Salary Pay Range: $140,000 to $185,000 (annually), EOE
Associate Attorney
Qualifications & Skills for this Position
- Currently licensed (Active) in Maryland.
- 0-2+ years of law firm experience as an attorney
- 1-3 years of experience as law firm intern, extern, law clerk, legal assistant or similar position.
- Some experience drafting demands, motions, and pleadings.
- Must be able to appear in court.
- Must have the desire to take and defend depositions.
- Must be committed to a litigation career: Attending trials, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and mediations.
- Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate well.
Salary Pay Range: $80,000 to $120,000+ (annually), EOE
