W$N B$G - Thank You Natalie!!!! (Below is a review from my husband.) First off, we have to say that my wife and I were really searching for the right employment lawyer in the DMV area. We knew we were in need of someone to represent our case. So we made a few calls to our friends who were in the legal field but could not represent us since they were not the kind of lawyers that we needed. Thus they gave us a few names to contact and we did. We called three law firms, made appointments, and did an initial meeting with all of them. It took several weeks to get all those done. Even after that effort, none made us feel that they were the right person. So we did a Google search and came across Potomac Legal Group. After reading about Natalie’s bio and many positive reviews online, we reached out and set up a call with her. After a two hour call, informing her about what we had gone through with a particular company, that had turned our lives up side down, Natalie assured us that she could handle our case. We felt it in our guts that she was the right person for the lawsuit. We had not yet met her in person but we went ahead and did all the paperwork online to hire her as our attorney. We later went to see her in person. At first we thought our case would be done within three to six months at the longest. However, the opposing lawyers dragged the case on and the more they did, the more frustrating we became. But throughout this whole time, we received nothing but clear communication, transparency, and outstanding deliveries from Natalie and her team behind the scene. Note here - if you are new to hiring a lawyer to represent you, please be advised that it is not your lawyer’s job to manage your anxiety of wanting to get the legal issue done and over with. It is your job and maybe your therapist. But what I could tell you is that Natalie’s commitment to help us did help mange our anxiety. When we had questions, she always found time to call back, answer those questions, and give good advice to help with the case. Her commitment paid off big time because we WON BIG. Both emotionally and financially. It would not have happened if not for the persistence, strategy and competency of Natalie and her team! Throughout the process the other party looked at us like - really? You had no idea who you are up against. We’re a big DC law firm with big money. We’re going to destroy you and your family. To say that we had extreme stress was an understatement. But in the end, with Natalie as our lawyer, she helped us prove to the world that what we had gone through was not right. No entity in the US or the world should treat someone the way my family was treated. We were jubilant when we received the justice we deserved. It felt Amazing. If you are looking for a work related lawyer when an employer has done an employee wrong, we highly recommended Natalie at Potomac Legal Group. And we thank God, and the universe for not letting us settle with other lawyers that we met before her. She was the best and most trustworthy lawyer! Highly recommend, negotiated my severance package As a former executive for a well-established but increasingly shady media corporation, I turned to Natalie when I was terminated. I deserved a substantial severance and additionally needed protection against them potentially disparaging my personal brand and hurting my future earning potential. After reviewing my situation Natalie gave me an overview of her outlook of my case and her expectations. As we worked through the negotiations I was struck by how 'on point' Natalie was about her predictions. She has a knack for reading in between the lines and seeing situations for what they are - a rare talent. Natalie Koss was not simply spectacular as an attorney she was spectacular as a human being. What I went through professionally was extremely tough on me and my family, causing permanent mental health damage which is considered severe. With my progressive memory decline, and intermittent cognitive shortcomings, Natalie counseled and consoled us through a three year fight. Separation agreement review and consultation Natalie reviewed a separation agreement offering and associated documents with me during a telephone conference. She was thorough and highly professional. Unfortunately, due to the size of my former employer, my legal rights are limited and I was forced to accept the agreement as far as paid severance was concerned. Nevertheless, I greatly appreciated her input and suggestions and the clarity with which she discussed the situation. Highly Recommend - Retaliation and Discrimination I contacted Natalie for legal advice when I suspected job-retaliation and feared termination.
